Thursday March 5.  Due to icy road conditions this morning, The University of Texas at Tyler, including Tyler, Palestine, and Longview, will delay opening and classes will begin at 11:00 a.m.  Be careful and watch for icy patches on the roadway, especially when crossing bridges and overpasses.
