METEOROLOGISTS CONTINUED TO DETECT A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 8 MILES
NORTHEAST OF ARP TO WHITEHOUSE...AND MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. THESE
STORMS CONTINUED TO WEAKEN.
THE LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL
AREAS OF THE INDICATED COUNTY.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. IF A TORNADO
IS SPOTTED... ACT QUICKLY AND MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IN A STURDY
STRUCTURE...SUCH AS A BASEMENT OR SMALL INTERIOR ROOM.
