Timely Notification Bulletin - Nov. 10, 2010

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the University of Texas at Tyler Police Department is issuing the following timely notification bulletin:

The University of Texas at Tyler is investigating an indecent exposure that occurred on November 10, 2010 shortly after 6:00 p.m. While in the process of opening her vehicle door, a female was approached in the Business Building parking lot (lot 9) by a suspect who exposed his penis to her. The victim entered her vehicle and hurriedly drove away. The suspect was last seen walking through Lot 9 toward Lot 8 (RBN lot). The suspect is described as follows:

White male, mid 20’s, wearing stone washed blue jeans and a black zip-up style sweater. The suspect is approximately 5’10”, medium build, 165-180 pounds. He is further described as having short blonde hair with bangs, possibly partially balding.

Campus community members are urged to always be aware of their surroundings. Immediately report any suspicious activity to the Police Department.
