A message from UT TYLER EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS (PATRIOTALERT)
On April 30 at 4:04pm, Tyler PD received a call from a male caller stating he was 'going to blow up University of Tyler'.
University police were notified immediately and officers have not detected or observed anything suspicious on campus.
At this time there is no reason to believe that this is a credible threat, but we encourage the campus community to be vigilant. Anyone observing anything suspicious should contact UT Tyler PD at 903.566.7300.
The campus is currently operating under its normal schedule.
